Ship to Store (Preferred Option)
We highly recommend using our Ship-to-Store option for the best overall value and support:
- Orders are delivered to your selected store within 3–5 business days.
- Items are not available for pickup earlier than this timeframe.
- Your chosen store will contact you when your order is ready.
- Items not picked up within 30 days of ordering will be canceled and returned to the warehouse with a 20% return fee.
Many of our partner stores offer product support and professional installation services for an additional fee—making this the most convenient and reliable way to receive your purchase.
Be sure to speak with your selected store about installation options and explore the wide range of accessories and upgrades they carry.

Standard Shipping
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed later are processed the next business day.
- All orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS.
- If UPS is unavailable, we will switch to FedEx to avoid delay.
- Estimated delivery times are 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location, order date, and selected service.
- Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, and we do not control carrier transit times.
Shipping charges and sales tax will be added during checkout.
Important: We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you've opted in for text alerts, you’ll also receive a confirmation by text.
Need to make a change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- New and unused – Not opened, installed, or used.
- Undamaged – Free of wear, scratches, or alterations.
- Original packaging – Must be returned in full, original packaging.
❌ Items that have been opened, installed, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible.
⚠️ We reserve the right to assess item condition upon return and determine eligibility. In most cases, a restocking fee will apply. This fee—and the return decision—are at our discretion.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels unless:
- The item arrived damaged from the shipping company.
How to Initiate a Return
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our [Returns Page] using the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase, or email us directly.
- If your product was damaged during shipping, include clear photos of the damage in your return email. We cannot accept return requests without this documentation.
- Wait for RMA approval before sending anything back—we’ll issue the RMA or request more info if needed.
- Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping.
- After inspection, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
